L\u2019amer fait partie de la culture locale. Plusieurs raisons :<em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour \u00e9quilibrer un cocktail<\/strong><br>L\u2019\u00e9quilibre est l\u2019un des termes que les bartenders et les cuisiniers utilisent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour trouver la tension id\u00e9ale entre les diff\u00e9rents go\u00fbts. Par exemple, l\u2019acidit\u00e9 et le sucr\u00e9 s\u2019opposent directement. Lorsque le sucre domine l\u2019acidit\u00e9, les cocktails peuvent \u00eatre per\u00e7us comme \u00e9c\u0153urants et lourds. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, les boissons trop acidul\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables.
