M\u00e9langer permet de marier les ingr\u00e9dients, de pr\u00e9server une texture soyeuse, de contr\u00f4ler le niveau de dilution et de conserver la transparence, sans ajouter de bulles d\u2019air ind\u00e9sirables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Le meilleur mat\u00e9riel \u00e0 utiliser pour m\u00e9langer son cocktail reste un vaste d\u00e9bat&nbsp;: certains pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent le verre, d\u2019autres le m\u00e9tal. Le m\u00e9tal chauffe, se refroidit plus rapidement que le verre et utilise moins d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Cependant, un verre \u00e0 m\u00e9lange en verre \u00e9pais a une masse thermique plus d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et absorbe davantage d\u2019\u00e9nergie.
