We are honoured at Campari Academy UK to be welcoming Gregory Buda to deliver a seminar shaped by his extensive experience at NYC’s highly famed The Dead Rabbit and his shrine to Aperitifs, Bisou Bisou, in Old Montreal.
Raising The Bar is a seminar that will help bar owners, managers & bartenders that are looking to increase the quality of their programming; focusing on systems that can be adapted to increase quality, efficiency of service, financial tracking & staff retention.
