Sustainability in our industry is so often referred to in the context of ingredients, but for years we’ve seen the need for this ethos to be applied to people as well. Join us at Lyaness for honest, unscripted conversation with the Sorry Not Sorry collective. This panel is a way to combat isolation and unpack lived experiences, dive into the realities of hospitality culture, and explore what real change looks like for women+ and marginalised voices in our industry. Expect candid insights, a few laughs, and an open invitation to be part of the dialogue.
