Courvoisier Hot Toddy

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Courvoisier VSOP Cognac
  • 20 ml Honey syrup
  • 100 ml Hot water
  • 1 Chamomile–apple tea satchel
  1. Preheat the Toddy glass by filling it with hot water and discarding.

  2. Fill with fresh hot water and the tea satchel, infusing for 1–2 minutes.

  3. Remove the tea and add the remaining ingredients, stirring to combine.

  4. Garnish with an orange slice, star anise, and a cinnamon stick.
