Cucumber Margarita
Ingredients
- 50 ml Espolòn Tequila Blanco
- 25 ml fresh cucumber juice
- 25 ml lime juice
- 25 ml agave syrup (1:1)
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice.
Shake hard and fine strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a lime wheel and cucumber ribbon.
