Saturn Cocktail with Cognac

Courvoisier Saturn

A tropical tiki cocktail with flower garnish.

Ingredients

  • 52 ml Courvoisier VS Cognac
  • 7 ml Appleton 8 year Rum
  • 7 ml Falernum
  • 15 ml Passionfruit syrup
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with a small handful of pebble or crushed ice and whip shake.

  2. Dirty dump (unstrained) into a Pearl Diver or Collins glass filled with pebble or crushed ice.

  3. Top off with additional pebble/crushed ice to finish.

  4. Garnish with an orange twist and an orchid or other edible flower.
