Get ready for Campari Red Hands APAC 2025, where mixology meets talent to create unforgettable cocktail experiences!

Throughout the competition, participants will delve into the artistry of cocktail crafting, integrating it with the complexities of sensory experiences. This is not a conventional cocktail contest – it is a sensory spectacle!

Bartenders will engage all the senses – sight, smell, taste, touch, and even sound – to create cocktails that transcend mere beverages, becoming immersive experiences.

The Cocktail & Senses Challenge offers a unique opportunity to witness APAC’s most skilled bartenders competing for the esteemed title of Campari Red Hands APAC Champion.

PRIZE AWARDS: 

The crowned champion of the Campari Red Hands APAC 2025 will be rewarded with a cash prize of 3000 Euros and have their Campari cocktail featured in the “Negroni Family Tree” for 2025. In addition to this, the Campion of Campari Red Hands APAC will be participating in regional events and guests shifts.

ENTRY CRITERIA:

1. Must be inspired by the Negroni Family Tree.
2. Must choose One of any Senses as a pairing theme: sight, smell, taste, touch, and sound.

PROGRAM:

1. Round 1 Local Entry Qualification – Video Submission
   • Video duration: 90 seconds (max).
   • Short Written Story: Inspiration and Cocktail Recipes
   • Cocktail creation: must be inspired by the Negroni Family Tree
   • Participants must bring in the any 1 of the 5 senses aspects (sight, touch, smell, taste, sound) to elevate the show and tell.
   • Chosen cocktail prepared must contain 25ml of Campari
   • If your entry video is successful, you will be invited to compete in your country’s Campari Red Hands Qualifications.-

1. Round 2 Local Competition – Cocktail Menu Showcase : A Touch of Local Authenticity 
2. Round 3 Local Final Competition – Bring to Stage 
3. Regional Grand Finals – Showdown in Milan

Country Winner will represent their country to compete in the Regional Grand Finals that will be held in Milan.
