Announcing the Campari Red Hands APAC Regional Finalists 2025
Asia-Pacific’s leading bartenders take the next step toward Milan. The journey begins here.
Following a series of national and regional finals across Asia-Pacific, Campari Red Hands proudly presents the APAC Regional Finalists 2025, a group of bartenders whose creativity, discipline, and personal stories stood out across the region.
Guided by the Negroni Family Tree and the exploration of the senses, these finalists reinterpreted a classic through their own point of view, translating flavor, aroma, texture, sight, and sound into cocktails that speak with clarity and intention.
Meet the APAC Regional Finalists
Each finalist represents not just their bar or country, but a distinct point of view on what modern bartending in Asia looks like today. In early 2026, they will come together in Milan, the home of Campari, to compete in the APAC Finals and take their place on the Regional Red Hands stage.

The Road to Milan
In early 2026, the APAC Regional Finalists will travel to Milan for the Campari Red Hands APAC Finals. There, they will take on challenges that go beyond recipes and technique, testing their creativity under pressure, personal expression, and ability to communicate a clear point of view through Campari.
The journey begins with a semi-final, where finalists present their winning drinks, before advancing to a grand final shaped by a market challenge.
More than a competition, Red Hands remains a platform for learning, connection, and growth, bringing together bartenders who are shaping the future of the industry across Asia-Pacific.
