Campari Academy Presents the Sydney Bar Week Food Symposium, Monday the 11th of September, 4pm at the iconic Shell House.
The BA team will be hosting a food Symposium with four special guests from the food and dining industry. Trisha Greentree (Fratelli Paradiso), Jordan Kretchmer (Gourmet Traveller), Aaron Ward (Shell House) and Alex Boon (Pearl Diver) will join us for three courses of discussion and degustation, proudly supported by Lallier Champagne, Del Professore vermouth, Campari, and our Amaro portfolio.
