Anejo Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- 60 ml Espolon Anejo Tequila
- 10 ml Agave Syrup
- 2 dash Aromatic Bitters
Prepare a generous orange peel for garnish and ensure your Old Fashioned glass is in the freezer.
Add all ingredients to your favourite mixing glass.
Stir over cubed ice until chilled and diluted.
Carefully strain over into your frozen glass over a large block of ice.
Garnish by expressing the oils from your prepared peel, then twisting over your cocktail to finish.
