- 60 ml Espolon Blanco
- 25 ml Lime Juice
- 15 ml Agave Nectar
Pour 15ml Agave Nectar in jigger, then into the shaker.
Pour 25ml Lime Juice in jigger, then into the shaker.
Pour 60ml Espolon Blanco in a jigger, then into the shaker.
Fill shaker to the top with ice.
Shake hard until outside of tin is frosty.
Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.
Serve with a smile!
the Tommy’s Margarita was created by Julio Bermejo at his family’s restaurant ‘Tommy’s’ in San Francisco. It substitutes the classic Triple Sec for a rich Agave nectar, and is a great option to pair with food, so enjoy with your choice of spicy snacks.
