• 45 ml Espolon Blanco Tequila
  • 100 ml Coca-Cola
  • 1 half Fresh Squeezed Lime
  1. Rim chilled highball glass with plenty of flake salt, tapping bottom to remove excess.

  2. Fill glass with plenty of good quality cubed ice.

  3. Carefully add all ingredients to glass.

  4. Stir with bar knife – at La Capilla this is the same knife they use to prepare the house Guacamole, which in turn imparts all the flavour into their famous Batanga.

  5. Garnish with spent lime husk.
