Ingredients
- 2 oz Appleton Estate® 8 Year Old Reserve
- .5 oz Averna
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Spiced Honey Syrup
- 2 oz Hot Water
- 2 pieces Fresh Ginger
Pre-heat an Irish Coffee glass by briefly rinsing it with hot water
Add fresh ginger to glass, and then remaining ingredients. Stir briefly to incorporate.
Garnish with Candied Ginger and Mint.
