
A La Louisiane
Though it’s been in print since the 1930s, this New Orleans classic has remained mostly a sleeper hit. Fans of better known NOLA whiskey tipples like the Sazerac or Vieux Carré should add this to their arsenal.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Wild Turkey 101
- .75 oz Sweet Vermouth
- .5 oz Benedictine
- 3 d Absinthe
- 3 d Peychaud's Bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
