ABOUT THE SPRITZ SPLASH POOL BASH:
Spritz season is here and we are celebrating poolside with fellow industry friends! Join Italian Spirits Portfolio Ambassadors Olivia Cerio and Daniel Kutch for an easy-going afternoon to kick back and cool off while sipping on spritzes.
In addition to the favorites you already know and love – Aperol, Campari & Crodino – we’ll be spritzing with newly released Sarti.
The Spritz Splash pool bash will also feature a daytime DJ set, aperitivo bites, and much more. Grab your swimsuit and get ready to relax with us, Italian-style!

With a professional background in hospitality and trade advocacy — plus an Italian heritage — Daniel Kutch (aka DK) is proud to authentically represent Campari’s iconic Italian brands.
DK’s deep understanding of guest experience, cocktail culture, and operations comes from 13 years in restaurants, cocktail bars, and hotels in California and NYC, as well as time with several premium brands.
Along the way, he’s been able to learn from bars and distilleries around the world. These perspectives, plus an endless enthusiasm for the industry he loves, are the foundations of his work as an ambassador and educator.

Olivia Cerio
Italian Spirits Brand Ambassador
With a background as an on-premise specialist for Campari and extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Olivia Cerio brings these iconic brands to life with authenticity and passion.
Her journey, which started in restaurants in BOH, moving to front of house and eventually into a brewer and Brand Manager role for a New York Farm Brewery, reflects her deep-rooted love for the field.
Her deep-rooted passion for plant life and botanicals, Italian culture, and the rich tradition of eating and drinking ingrained in her heritage informs her genuine dedication to her role as a Brand Ambassador. She approaches her responsibilities with a desire to educate and empower hospitality professionals. Olivia’s goal is to ensure that those serving these brands not only feel knowledgeable but also deeply connected, fostering an authentic enthusiasm for the products they offer.
