Grand Summer Fizz
This low-octane summery recipe dials up the tropical with pineapple and passion fruit, but Campari brings balance.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Passion fruit tea infused Grand Marnier
- .5 oz Campari
- .5 oz Lime juice
- .5 oz Simple syrup
- 2 oz Club soda
All all ingredients except soda to a shaker tin with ice and shake well.
Fine strain into a chilled Collins glass over fresh ice and top with club soda. Garnish with Pineapple fronds.
