Ingredients: 1.5 oz Appleton Estate 12 Year Old Rum; .75 oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge; .75 oz Lime Juice; 1 barspoon Demerara Syrup; 2 d Aromatic Bitters

Ingredients

1.5 oz Appleton Estate 12 Year Old Rum
.75 oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
.75 oz Lime Juice
1 barspoon Demerara Syrup
2 d Aromatic Bitters

Build the drink in a tall glass.
Add crushed ice and swizzle until drink is chilled.
Top with more crushed ice and garnish with bouquet of fresh mint.
