Mezcal and Aperol harmonize in this cheekily-named Modern Classic from Joaquín Simó.

Ingredients
- .75 oz Montelobos Espadin Mezcal
- .75 oz Aperol
- .75 oz Yellow Herbal Liqueur
- .75 oz Lime Juice
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake well.
Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a Lime wedge or wheel.
