- 2 oz Longbranch
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.75 oz (1:1) honey syrup*
- Lemon twist
*Honey Syrup (1:1): Combine equal parts honey and hot water in blender until thoroughly combined.
Combine all ingredients in shaker tin over fresh ice and shake vigorously until chilled.
Strain into double old-fashioned glass.
Smoke the finished cocktail with mesquite in the Foghat Cocktail Smoker.
(note: Foghat Cocktail Smoker will not fit onto glass with big cube in it).
Add a large ice cube just before serving so that smoke lingers during presentation.
Garnish with lemon twist.
