Ingredients

  • 1 oz Longbranch
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz (1:1) honey syrup*
  • Lemon twist
  1. *Honey Syrup (1:1): Combine equal parts honey and hot water in blender until thoroughly combined.

  2. Combine all ingredients in shaker tin over fresh ice and shake vigorously until chilled.

  3. Strain into double old-fashioned glass.

  4. Smoke the finished cocktail with mesquite in the Foghat Cocktail Smoker.

    (note: Foghat Cocktail Smoker will not fit onto glass with big cube in it).

  5. Add a large ice cube just before serving so that smoke lingers during presentation.

  6. Garnish with lemon twist.
