Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Bulldog Gin
  • .5 oz Wray & Nephew Rum
  • .75 oz Lime Juice
  • .75 oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • .75 oz Mango Puree
  1. Add all ingredients except the sorbet to a shaker tin and shake with ice.

  2. Strain into a chilled coupe over a scoop of Mango Sorbet.

  3. Garnish with a small spoon and lime wheel.
