Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Amchur Chili Infused Espolon Blanco Tequila
  • .5 oz Ancho Reyes Original
  • .75 oz Mango Syrup*
  • .5 oz Lime juice
  • Mango Salt Rim**
  1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into the Mango Salt rimmed glass.

  2. Spritz cocktail twice with Montelobos Ensemble Mezcal. Garnish with a piece of dehydrated mango dusted with chili spice.

*Mango Syrup Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1 Part Mango Puree
  • 1 Part Cane Sugar

Instructions: Mix Thoroughly until sugar is dissolved.

**Mango Salt Recipe:

  • 1 Part Smoked Salt
  • 1 Part Mango Salt

Instructions: Blitz together in a blender to achieve a uniform consistency.
