
Spicy Smoky Salty Mango Margarita
This tropical, kicking Margarita was made for our pop up at BCB. Learn more about it here.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Amchur Chili Infused Espolon Blanco Tequila
- .5 oz Ancho Reyes Original
- .75 oz Mango Syrup*
- .5 oz Lime juice
- Mango Salt Rim**
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into the Mango Salt rimmed glass.
Spritz cocktail twice with Montelobos Ensemble Mezcal. Garnish with a piece of dehydrated mango dusted with chili spice.
*Mango Syrup Recipe:
Ingredients
- 1 Part Mango Puree
- 1 Part Cane Sugar
Instructions: Mix Thoroughly until sugar is dissolved.
**Mango Salt Recipe:
- 1 Part Smoked Salt
- 1 Part Mango Salt
Instructions: Blitz together in a blender to achieve a uniform consistency.
