About Your Teacher:

Eddie Hansel

Eddie Hansel is the Manager of Campari Academy U.S., where he brings hands-on hospitality experience to spirits education, cocktail development, and creative workshops. Before joining Campari in 2020, he led beverage programs at The Musket Room, Momofuku Nishi, and Café Clover in New York City. His approach blends practical technique, curiosity, and a love of hospitality- helping bartenders explore new ideas and bring them to life behind the bar. Follow Eddie at @academy_eddie
