
Piña Colada Negroni Milk Punch
Bring the vacation vibes with this stunning Clarified Punch, which marries two of the most iconic cocktails of all time.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Campari
- 1 cup Appleton Estate Signature Blend
- 1 cup Cinzano Sweet Vermouth
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 2 oz Pineapple Demerara Syrup*
- .5 oz Lime juice
Combine Campari, rum, vermouth, and lime juice. Set aside
In a large container, add coconut milk and Pineapple Demerara syrup.
Add cocktail mixture to the milk and syrup mixture, and let curdle.
Let rest for 15 minutes and then strain through preferred filter (coffee filter, nut bag, etc.).
Store batch refrigerated. To serve, pour over large ice cube in chilled rocks glass. Garnish with orange slice and pineapple wedge or fronds.
*Pineapple Demerara Syrup
created by Jordan HughesCombine pineapple scraps (skin, bottom, core) with an equal weight of demerara syrup and leave overnight. The next day, strain and store in a non-reactive container. Store refrigerated for 2-3 weeks.
