
Ch-Ch-Cherry Bomb Boulevardier

Ingredients
- 1 oz Dried Sour Cherry Infused Russells Reserve 10 Year Bourbon*
- .75 oz Campari
- .75 oz 1757 Dry Vermouth
- .25 oz Cherry Four Ways**
- 2 d Vanilla Cherry Bark Bitters
- Cherry Wood Smoke
Stir all ingredients together and strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
place under a smoking cloche, and smoke with cherry wood. Garnish with a salted, marinated cherry*** (using the recipe below to re-use the dried cherries from the infusion).
*Cherry-Infused Russell’s Reserve Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup dried sour cherries
- 1 Bottle Russell’s 10 Bourbon
Instructions: Combine and infuse for 3 days. Strain and store.
**Cherry Four Ways Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 part cherry eau de vie
- 1 part maraschino liqueur
- 1 part Cherry Syrup (strained from the can)
- 1 part Cherry Heering
Instructions: Combine and store refrigerated.
**Salted Marinated Cherries Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Russell’s Infused rehydrated sour cherries (the cherries used in your Bourbon infusion)
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 Tsp Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions: Let ingredients sit together overnight, mixing them halfway through to fully incorporate. Strain out the excess oil, salt & vinegar, and allow to dry on a towel.
