Ingredients: 2 oz Montelobos Espadin Mezcal; .75 oz Campari; .75 oz Ancho Reyes; 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice; .75 oz Lime Juice; .5 oz Simple Syrup; 2 d Aromatic Bitters

Ingredients

2 oz Montelobos Espadin Mezcal
.75 oz Campari
.75 oz Ancho Reyes
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
.75 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
2 d Aromatic Bitters

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and briefly whip shake.
Strain into a Tiki mug and dome with pebble ice.
Garnish with a Lime wheel and dehydrated Pineapple slice.
